TAB+ AVT (to Autonomous Vehicle Transformation) is a modular and wearable autonomous operation kit. AVT consists of Control, Trigger, Localization and AI modules.

AVT Control Module:

It is the central management unit that controls all on-board equipment required for autonomous operation. AVT Control Module contains the algorithms, communication software and query structure required for autonomous driving. AVT CM provides communication with all peripheral software and hardware units such as WMS, ERP, elevator, conveyor, automatic door, etc. AVT CM communicates directly with the fleet management software. AVT CM physically directs the vehicle by transferring the actions it produces to the Trigger Module.

AVT Trigger Module:

This is the module that triggers all physical movements of the vehicle. AVT Trigger Module controls the right - left - forward - backward maneuvers of the vehicle, mast height, fork position, fork tilt, work safety lights, etc. and many other physical conditions with high precision with the commands it receives directly from the Control Module. AVT TM is in constant communication with the Control Module. AVT TM automatically stops the vehicle in case of a possible communication problem or power outage.

AVT AI Module:

All sensors and hardware needed for autonomous operation collect a large number of different data from the environment. This data is recorded on the server where the fleet management software is located. Using the big data created with this data, the AI ​​module makes continuous improvement and optimization inferences focused on operational efficiency and capacity. The AI ​​Module can be used as two stages: 1) Decision Support System 2) Alpha Phase Initiative System. This selection is under the control of the user.

AVT Localization Module:

This is the module that determines the boundaries of the autonomous vehicle's working space and the location of the operations it will perform, affecting driving sensitivity. This is the module that enables critical autonomy studies such as field mapping, routing, station creation, calibration, etc. to be carried out and put into operation.
